By purchasing tickets or registering for events organized by AFM Events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Event registration must be completed through our website. Full payment must be received prior to the event to ensure your seat is secured.
AFM Events reserves the right to change event dates, location, or prices at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AFM Events cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to event dissatisfaction, non-attendance, or misunderstandings regarding event details.
By attending our events, you consent to photography, video recording, and its/their release, publication, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by AFM Events and its affiliates.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected from registrants is used only to provide information about our events and to facilitate event logistics.
Attendees are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFM Events and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising out of or related to your attendance at an event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
